Our Returns and Refunds Policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and efficient. Below, we outline the conditions under which returns are accepted, the process for initiating a return, and the specific circumstances covered under our warranty.

Products purchased through BRAGGAO’s official website may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Original Condition: Products must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, including the box, pouches, and accessories that came with the product. This also includes any documentation, such as certificates of authenticity, instruction manuals, and product tags.
Gifts with Purchase: If the product was purchased as part of a promotion that included a free "gift with purchase," the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, BRAGGAO reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.
Exclusions: Engraved, personalized, or specially made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Additionally, items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted for return.
Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, but the product must be returned in its original packaging, and any signs of intentional misuse may void the eligibility for return.
Warranty Coverage:
BRAGGAO provides a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a 14 days period after purchase. This warranty offers additional protection for customers who encounter issues beyond the standard return window.
1. What the Warranty Covers: The warranty applies to original defects in the materials or craftsmanship of the product. This means that, under normal usage conditions, if a
product develops a fault that can be traced to its manufacture, BRAGGAO will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
○ Improper Handling: This includes accidental damage, such as dropping or hitting the product against hard surfaces.
○ Abnormal Use or Negligence: Any damage resulting from usage beyond what is considered typical or expected for the product. This includes exposing the product to extreme conditions, such as heat, water, or chemicals.
○ Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including minor scratches or discoloration, is not covered by the warranty.
○ Alterations: Any modifications or unauthorized repairs to the product will void the warranty. Repairs or servicing performed by non-authorized parties will also nullify any warranty claims.
3. Please note that some jurisdictions (e.g., New Jersey) may not allow certain exclusions or limitations on warranties, so the provisions of this warranty may not apply to every customer.
Return Process:
If you wish to return an eligible product, you must follow these steps to ensure the return is processed correctly:
Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN): To begin the return process, contact our customer service team at hola@braggao.com.mx or by phone. Once your request is received, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued to you. This number is necessary to track and process your return.
Prepare the Return Package: Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, documentation, and the RAN. Any product received without a valid RAN may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping: BRAGGAO provides a pre-paid return label for returns within the United States. Affix this label to the package, and drop it off at any FedEx location or schedule a pick-up. BRAGGAO will insure the returned product during transit, but you must retain proof of shipment and a tracking number to safeguard against loss or damage during return.
Return Shipping Costs: BRAGGAO will apply a $5.99 USD processing fee for all returns within the United States. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved. Defective or damaged items are exempt from this fee., expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of items outside the scope of standard returns, such as international returns (if applicable) or non-standard products.
Timeframe for Processing Returns: Once the product arrives at BRAGGAO’s return facility, it will undergo a quality control inspection. This process may take up to 14 business days. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. For gift returns, the refund will be issued as store credit or a merchandise voucher.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed to the original purchaser in the same form of payment used for the purchase. The following points clarify the refund conditions:
1. Form of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, whether by credit card, PayPal, or other approved payment methods. Refunds cannot be issued to third parties or in forms not originally used during the purchase.
2. Gift Cards and Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, store credits, and any expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of any free gifts not returned with the product will also be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the product being approved for return after passing quality control. The exact timeframe for receiving your refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Merchandise Credits: In some cases, merchandise credits may be issued instead of refunds. For instance, gift recipients may receive merchandise credits if they wish to return a gifted item, rather than a refund issued to the original purchaser.
Exchanges:
BRAGGAO offers the option to exchange eligible products for a different item, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please contact customer service and follow the same return process. Upon receipt and approval of the original item, you may select a new product, and any price difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly.
Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, BRAGGAO will provide a full refund, repair, or exchange, depending on the circumstances. If the product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues (not from misuse or neglect), BRAGGAO will cover all related costs, including return shipping and any repair or replacement costs. However, products that have been damaged due to wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for exchange or refund under the defective product policy.
Special Considerations:
Custom or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. These items are non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the craftsmanship. Custom or personalized products are covered by a 30-day warranty for defects in craftsmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or accidental damage.
International Returns (if applicable): At present, BRAGGAO does not ship internationally. Should this policy change, return conditions for international orders may differ. Customers outside the U.S. would be responsible for return shipping and customs fees. Please contact our customer service team for further information about international returns if needed.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We willtry to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be canceled.

Shipping Methods:

● Standard Shipping: This method typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach most locations within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's schedule.
● Expedited Shipping: For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options, which typically reduce the delivery time to 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days for shipping purposes. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed on the next available business day. Additionally, during peak seasons, such as holiday periods, deliveries may take longer due to high demand.
Processing Times:
Once your order is placed, BRAGGAO will take up to 1 to 3 business days to process your order. This includes verifying your payment information, confirming the availability of your items, and preparing your package for shipment. During this time, you will receive an order confirmation via email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Processing times may be longer for custom orders or personalized items, such as engraved or made-to-order jewelry. In such cases, customers will be notified of any additional time required during the order confirmation stage.
Tracking Information:
Upon shipment of your order, BRAGGAO will send an email notification containing the tracking information for your package. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time and anticipate the exact delivery date. Sales taxes are calculated based on the destination of your shipment, in accordance with the applicable laws in your state or locality. Taxes are included in the final price, which will be reflected on the billing page before you complete your purchase. The amount of sales tax charged is determined by the delivery address and follows the regulations of the jurisdiction where the product is shipped.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each destination. We are unable to split a single order for delivery to multiple locations. Please ensure that each address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid delays or errors in delivery.
Signature Requirement:
For your protection, all deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. This policy ensures that your valuable BRAGGAO purchases are securely delivered and acknowledged by a responsible party. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.
The responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the package is signed for at the designated delivery address. If you have specified an alternate recipient (such as a gift recipient), that individual’s signature will serve as confirmation of delivery, and the responsibility will transfer to them.
BRAGGAO recommends shipping orders to a secure location where someone is available to receive and sign for the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after they have been successfully delivered and signed for.
Partial Shipments:
To expedite delivery, BRAGGAO may divide your order into multiple shipments based on product availability. If your order contains multiple items and some are ready for shipment while others are still in production or undergoing quality control, we may send the available items immediately. You will be notified via email if your order is split into multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
BRAGGAO will not charge additional shipping fees for multiple shipments resulting from partial fulfillment of your order.
Custom and Personalized Orders:
Custom and personalized jewelry, such as items that have been engraved, resized, or made-to-order, may require longer processing times. The estimated delivery timeframe for these items will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product.

Undeliverable Packages:
